Discrete shipping is essential to us, so we will send our packages in plain cardboard
without any big letters and logos. However, due to law and various customs
regulations, and international inspections, the waybill label must contain
written information about the sender, which comes in tiny letters.

In order to safeguard your security, Foxysense does not store any credit card details. Online purchase transactions will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. However, the transaction will ever only be put through after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability. We will send you an email if we are unable to complete your order for any reason.


Internet orders are usually shipped within 12 hours of approving an order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days of shipment but be aware that this can vary depending on the different states. You will receive the order status and parcel tracking information via email once the parcel is shipped. Please note that we cannot ship out of United States of America. If any delivery problems arise, we will contact you instantly by email.

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return, or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to meet any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered USED, and therefore cannot be returned.


If an item is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information:

1. Order number
2. The Nature of defectiveness
3. Record a video about how this product is defective.

Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

In most scenarios, your order will be processed and shipped at the same day in order to deliver the product to our dear customers as soon as possible. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once the customer has placed it.
